Li-Ion Batteries

Overview

Bioenno Power offers various types of batteries (e.g. lithium iron phosphate and lithium polymer) and energy storage systems for use in a variety of applications. These batteries can be used for solar systems, E-bikes, E-scooters, motorcycles, golf carts, medical equipment, electronics, and for many, many other applications.   These energy-storage systems can also be used as part of a back-up power system.

LiFePO4, and Li-Po Batteries

Li-ion batteries are rechargeable batteries that use lithium ions which move from a negative electrode to positive electrode.  They are popular batteries for use in consumer electronics because they provide good energy density, no memory effect, and a slow loss of charge when not in use.  These batteries come in a wide variety of shapes and sizes.  In addition, compared to lead-acid batteries, Li-ion batteries are lighter and provide a higher open circuit voltage, which allows for power transfer at lower currents.

Our battery systems are 40-60% lighter in weight and smaller in size, and last 5-10 times longer than conventional lead-acid battery systems.  We have various capacities available ranging from 1.2 Ah to 300 Ah.  Please contact us with your requirements.

Backup Power, Powerpacks, and Energy Storage Systems

We also provide complete energy storage systems, which integrate battery packs, DC-AC inverters, and solar/battery charger controllers into a highly compact, portable package.   This portable energy storage system can be used with various types of solar panels.  The systems can provide AC power output (110VAC), DC power output (12VDC), and USB output (5VDC). If needed, these systems can be charged by an engine-driven generator or by AC electricity.
